This superb Victorian aesthetic 14 3/8 " long x 11 1/2 " wide platter is transfer printed in dark green with a pearlware glaze.
The pattern features a sunset over the water and an arching bamboo like plant embracing the scene as a large cluster of shore birds fly overhead. Geometric, flower and bird filled cartouches complete this excellent pattern, an ornithological wonder.
Condition is great.
