This Victorian aesthetic 8 1/4 inch plate is transfer printed in brown. The pattern features some of the most outrageous looking birds the potteries artist could imagine. A rim of wildly tropical flowers with hummingbirds. The well of the plate has aquatic orchid type flowers and cattails beneath two most unusual and exotic birds. A marvel of the imagination.
