This large Victorian 10 1/4 inch plate is transfer printed in black against a bright celadon green background.  A rare pattern atributing the design to Leonce Goutard, the famous and prolific French designer and illustrator who produced naturalistic designs for Minton and Wedgwood as well.  Whimsical !!

Good condition and never used.
