This small 5 5/8 inch wide alphabet plate has a crisp image transfer printed in rich brown with great color polychrome hand painting in cinnamon brown, golden yellow and green.  In addition to the entire ABC alphabet transfer with the classic Brownhills decorative transfer, this plate has a  central image is of the classic Nursery Rhyme:

Hey diddle diddle, the cat and the fiddle  ~ 
The cow jumped over the moon  ~ 
The little dog laughed to see such sport  ~ 
And the dish ran away with the spoon.
