These Victorian aesthetic movement 9 5/8 " wide plates are transfer printed in a very rich red. This is the first time I have owned this exceptional pattern in red and it is lovely.
The pattern features outrageous exotic birds in three panels and flora wrapping around this exceptional plate.
Exciting geometric designs separate each scene. The well of the plate is a plethora of geometric whimsies along with a rarely seen transferred Pelican.
