This outstanding plate measures 9 1/8 ". The piece is crisply transfer printed in a dark brown with a pearlware glaze.
The plate has a wonderful scalloped edge and a border pattern of a multitude of flowers cascading into the well. The central image is of a large bouquet of oversized flowers in an urn with a lake and large villa in the background. An ornate sailing vessel meanders across the lake. The pattern is spectacular to behold.
Never Used. The plate displays beautifully. Pieces in this wonderful pattern don't come along often, and the contrast and composition is especially beautiful in this rich brown color.
