This delicious Victorian aesthetic 8 1/2 inch plate is elegantly hand painted under glaze in spectacular colors.  The pattern features a Japanesque fan scroll filled with flowering Cherry blossoms colorful Birds and a couple of bright butterflies.  Lovely fluted rim.
