This elegant 19th century pitcher is transfer printed in dark brown with a pearlware glaze.  Incredible under the glaze hand painting as only Pratt could achieve.  7 1/2 “ tall x 4 1/2 " wide.

The pitcher has a fabulous moulded applied handle attached to a perfect body with clusters of brilliant seaweed and seashells of many species.  For the seaweed or shell lover, this is the prize.  Perfect fitting pewter or silver plated lid marked Sheffield.

Condition is great.  No chips, no cracks, no hairlines and no repairs.
