EXCELLENT HAND PAINTED WASH BASIN AND PITCHER
MINTON HOLLINS & CO POTTERY WORKS

This 19th century wash basin and pitcher are transfer printed in dark brown with a pearlware glaze then further professionally painted by a master. The large basin bowl is 15 " in diameter and stands 5 " tall. The massive jug stands 10 1/4 " tall x 10 " wide. Rare to find a matched set in this superior pattern.
This exceptional pattern features large stalks and foliage of Lilies and more bright yellow Lilies. Spectacular !
The pieces are in very good condition. Two small chips to the base of the town and short hairlines to the rim. Light turquoise loss to the rim on the jug.
