This turn of the century ironstone Butter pot dates to c 1920. 3 inches across and 6 1/2 inches tall. Probably has a paper and wax lid covering.
The decorative advertising is transfer-printed and impressed in black and underneath the glaze.
The rare to find piece tub is in very good condition with some chipping to the base.
A great example, rare to find as displays beautifully.
