These Victorian octagonal 8 1/2  inch plates are transfer printed in blue, very elegant.  Further enhanced by hand painting bright enameled colors.  The printed transfer features exotic stylized Marigolds around the rim as well as bursts of blossoms to the center.

Never Used.  The plates are in great condition.  Clean shiny and bright, ready for use or display.
